Only when the company share the values and decide to change we are ready to work with Design Thinking, Customer Journey, Objectives and Key Results Planning and UX-UI Design. It is possible then that new processes may be designed or new opportunities for business or digital products appears. So then, as we know the business deeply, we work as a Functional Analysts and we become part of the DevOps Teams as UX- designer or Product Owner until the project is on the air.
Since one idea is going through a validation process, it is tested with the users and until the product starts the implementation phase: every step is a hard process. With plenty of doubts, the key of success is always the team, the people: certainly talents are needed to finally launch a new product, new process or a digital transformation. We combine that team: we do market analysis, we design business models, we apply creativity and UX-UI design to test commercially and technically products, we prospect the financial viability and plan the development: we lead the change.
Digital transformation, prototyping, and innovation requires huge investments with some uncertainty about the brand and revenue impact: so the path of innovation consultancy makes us experts in fundraising. Having applied to dozens of projects to National Development Agencies and to internationalization and innovation programs and funds in Uruguay; we are pointining to the European ecosystem and opening offices in Valencia to be part of new teams.
